Question Does any know about the lease program for the X

Here what I find on Mitsubishicars.com

2008 Lancer Evolution GSR Lease
Lease: $389 per month / 24 months / $3,788 due at lease signing. Tax, title, license, local fees/charges, extraMSRP $32,990 plus $675 ($800 Alaska) destination handling. Lease cash cannot be combined with any other offer. Financing available through US Bank, subject to approved credit and insurance. Not all customers will qualify. Retailer price, terms and vehicle availability may vary. Leasing is NOT available in the states of Hawaii, Alaska, and Arkansas. See your Mitsubishi retailer for details. Other lease terms/details apply. Program ends 09/02/08.

What do you guys think?

It's going to cost $546 a month for 24 months. A 5 year loan on this car is around $700 a month depending on tax title license rates.

The money factor is the cost to use the money, to figure APR take factor times 30 and you'll get the APR.

Residual is a percentage of the MSRP and is determined by length of the lease, 12k leases get to add one percent to the residual over 15k leases.

So the money factor has nothing to do with the residual, although you can figure it out if you know all the figures but the residual.
