^+1 !!!

I'm paying 702$ for 72 months. I paid full sticker + 8.63% tax and put NOTHING down except my signature. now I want to sell the car and I owe 38k. I'm trying to get 38k with 8k-9k in mods on the car but I dont see it happening.

I had figured I'm not going to do much modding with my EvoX but now I'm going to get my money back from the extended warranty also (because I'm so called voiding the warranty anyway, why give them extra money for nothing) and get some parts instead.
i no mine is gone too because of the tune.

Damn that's a big car payment. Exactly why I'm saving like a **** right now so I won't be stuck to a $700 payment for 5 years. Hope you fair well with the trade in and next buy.

Oh, sorry to hear that. I didn't do anything yet (except a drop in filter - and bought some parts that are still in the box)...so I'm getting my money back. And then I'll be getting a tune and my wheels.

Rich has nothing to do with saving money to have a decently sized down payment....

Also, not paying 12-18% interest for bull**** you don't need helps too...

I'm curious to see what they'd offer- hopefully more than $25k. I'm really thinking about getting a 2008 Corvette at 0.0 percent offer they have right now (keeping the evo X). $800 payments make me nervous though.
You're going to lose more money than it's worth. Keep your X. Just work a little harder and try to take care of the payments one by one. Don't trade it or sell it because you'll lose thousands of dollars and that could be very heart-breaking. Since you already bought it, keep it......I would.

Maybe you got my post confused with another, but I wasn't selling my EVO, I was just working the numbers to see if I could buy another car to park next to it since GM has 0 percent loans on a vette I like.

If you put down 10k thats only 200 less from 700 a month. he's right inflation is a b@tch. Every 5k you put down is only bringing down the payment $100 dollars.
