So I just bought the OEM RECARO EVO X seats for my GTS. Is the airbag sensors the same? Can I just plug them in with no issues??

 

Nice, you will enjoy the seats. Don't know the answer to your question though. But try it whats the worst that can happen besides the airbags going off?

I am not tring to be an *** or anything and I really hope that you dont take this he wrong way........but....that might have been something that you wanted to research "BEFORE" you bought the seats

 

did the seats come with railings?

 

they plug right in, dont sweat

 

i would doubt with all the cheap plastic parts mitsu put in our X that they would have a separate airbag set up for the evo. hook it up and post pics.

 

Does he need the brackets and rails that come with the recaro's, or do the stock brackets on the GTS work as well?

 

How much did that cost you? Wouldnt it have been cheaper to order the ones from the ralliart? Dealerships are weird about that, make parts cheaper for the cheaper car even if its the exact same part as the more expensive car.
