No stereo controls on steering wheel on GSR? WTF Mitsubishi?
installed everything minus the bluetooth, install wasn't too bad, took maybe an hour, that was really taking my time. best mod i've done to the x. i hated that on the nav you couldn't change songs without going back to the music screen
MItsu corporate need to draw a product baseline that is in line with other econo-box brand's products. especially with their last popular car the EVO all the basics should be covered...

You never know when you'll go flying off track, into some gravel, then some snow and then back on track.
It's super handy having the AWC control on the steering wheel like that for that reason.
It's probably mostly related to the fact that they (Mitsu electric) cover their warranties much MUCH better than they (Mitsu motors) cover their warranties.

It funny i have heard people say "i drive a mitsubishi" and get the response - "a what? dont they make TV's?" Its sad cause in the nineties most folks could easily spot the sexy eclipse GSX or 3000GT very easily.

Yes, it is completely absurd that the stereo controls are not on the steering wheel but the SAWC is.
I don't care if the Evo was meant to handle and all that bull**** and be a performance car. So what? Is it that hard to do USABILITY testing? **** man, do they do any kind of quality control ? User feedback ? Who cares about a button that most people will never use ! More important those who do use it, do not use it often.
If you're going to implement the car w/ a supposed "upgraded stereo system" and "navigation" and all the creature comforts that hardcore Evo enthusiasts oppose, you put the ****ing audio controls on the steering wheel. I can't believe how fired up I am over this. It's bull****.
