This guy is smoking rocks also..

2008 MITSUBISHI LANCER EVOLUTION GSR, 5 speed, 2050 km, RARE! #31 out of a 100 produced! Lifestyle change forces sale. Ext'd warranty, rock guard, tinted windows. Private sale - No GST!!!, $47900.

Kelowna BC... obviously he's trying to get exactly what he owes on it back.. goodluck my friend.. goodluck.... .

And there is MR premium in Manitoba used also selling for $52,800 wow.. thanks for knocking the whole $200 off for the 2000+ km on the car..

I'm starting to think there is some sort of reality distortion field surrounding Canada affecting dealers brains with the Evo..

Yah, us canadians are getting screwed! If you actually talk to dealers they still act as if they can't keep them in the showrooms. I'm waiting for the 2009 pricing to come out, and see if they realize why they haven't sold many, or will they continue to screw us canadians

Why not buy in the US and drive it over. Yeah it may not be warrantied in Can, but it should still be in the US. Plus how many people trust mitsu dealerships?

How many people trust any dealerships? Buying in the US may be an option but it could prove to be more headache then it is worth. I will make a decision once the 09's come out and see if they keep the absurd price tag.

same with the dealers here in ontario

i went to check out a GSR about 2 months ago and they had 2, and the salesman acted like he could sell them before they got off the transporter and now i drive by and they have a parking lot full of them (including the 2 i originally saw) and no one to buy them.

What would this be in US $? Not much less i'm assuming since the dollar is so weak.
