Question about MR

i have a quick question about the evo mr. I've read that you have to be at a complete stop to put the car into super sport mode. So does that mean that if you're just cruising some backroads and you want to go WOT you have to stop and set it to super sport mode before you can? Will the car let you redline it without going into super sport mode?

Yes you have to be stopped an hold the button for 3sec. You can go into sport mode whenever though and that is plenty for the street. Trust me on that.

Agreed...sport mode is def enough for some back road fun. S-Sport is madness!

Yes. If you mash it, even in normal mode, it will redline.

And unlike some systems, when you take manual control it will not shift on it's own. You can take the car up to the rev limiter (7,600 to 7,800 RPM) and it will just bounce off the rev limiter, it will not upshift on it's own.
