On a serious note.... The car before the package fully loaded with NAV and all accessories is stickered at a hair over 44.

Will it be smog legal in California, and will my local dealer do warranty work on it? I am a bit interested

You would need to speak with the dealer on specific pricing.

It retains the factory cat so I do not know why it would not other than the fact the state of Comi-fornia frowns on EVERYTHING aftermarket so I do not know how that would go. Our parts are not CA SMOG certified.

It would be at the dealers own discretion on what they would cover to be honest.
