Video: RRE tuning an X, some comedy included

Spent some time at RRE yesterday, swapped the UR high flow cat for the RRE rally cat. Went from 327/334 to 343/338.

Is that last video for real? Part of the exhaust falling off? Seriously?

LOL! No wonder why all the guys in Socal who bought ETS are swapping them for different exhausts... this isnt the first case ive heard of either.

Jooyoung, or Jason, his exhaust started leaking and was on the verge of falling off a week or two after Tuning Tech installed it.

hmmm...

Either way, nice video, nice numbers. I'm sure it's a beast.

Nice videos and numbers. Do you have any graphs? I'm interested in looking at the boost graph.

My passenger side tip was slightly loose the other day, just needs a few more cranks on the clamps to tighten it up. I think it needs a retorque if you don't crank it down really good initially.

Great numbers! RRE proving that they are one of the top tuners, if not the top here on the West Coast.

Haha, yes unfortunately, it was pretty funny, you could hear my chuckle when it happened, we got a laugh out of it.

I will get those today for you, and post them here, so make sure you are subscribed.

Metal Substrate, it is a very high quality unit, just wanted to go with a little more free flowing cat.

That is no joke, Mike came in on Saturday to do this work, his day off, since this was the only day I could get up there (I am in San Diego). He built the rally cat himself, put it back on the dyno, with FREE dyno time to compensate me for the limp mode issues I was having, and spent literally 4+ hours on the dyno tweaking it with the new cat, AMAZING. I can't say enough, the service is bar NONE.

Unfortunately I am still having a limp mode issue, so I will probably be back up there soon, not only for the limp mode but probably to have them install a nice RRE exhaust. I love the ETS agressive sound, but sometimes it is actually too loud, so I need to swap it out.

Damn the ETS sounds great too bad about the tips. Even D7 (yea that tool) had problems with his tips.
