To those with Mitsu mud flaps

Sorry im posting this, i can prob search but in a bit of a crunch time frame.

But to those who have the mud flaps how do they hold off the rock chips? I figured it be easier to just get them from the factory.

My other option is just the $5 flaps found in another thread.

have mitsu flaps-had chips prior too-but they keep the sand from flying at the track (you can hear that it is less). I went with the mitsu ones for looks mostly-I like the rears a lot....a lot a lot. Go with mitsu (and you can get them pretty cheap).

I have put 3k miles on my X with factory mud flaps. Yet to find a chip. So I'd say they work rather well.

I started the $5 mudflap thread and so far they prevented all but 1 rock chip and they look great. I dont see how the rally armor would protect anymore than the $5 ones or the factory Mitsu ones. Also the 1 chip I got I dont even think was thrown up from my car I think it was thrown up from another and hit mine.
