3-4 hours long trip is not long at all for a fairly new car that has all the maintenance done. Even POS daily beaters can do that without a sweat.

 

Gosh, I sure hope that ANY new car bought in 2008 could handle a 3-4 hour roadtrip.

Heck, even my first car 17 years ago, an 82 Colt hatchback, could handle a 3-4 hour roadtrip. Used to do it all of the time to and from college. No A/C, though, which made it a little uncomfortable here in Texas... Ah, those were the days...
