Oh damn what F happened there? If the spokes of the rims were actually touching you would have more problems then that. My guess is something got inbetween there while driving in scraped the crap out of the caliper. Thats my guess. It's fixable though, so no worries.

And its only on the one right?

Are you sure the wheel is installed correctly? Any vibrations in the steering wheel while driving?

Otherwise, you may have gotten a large rock stuck in between the wheel and the caliper and it scrapped up the caliper face.

It has absolutely nothing to do with your coilovers...

Looks like you picked up a rock or somthen, quit goin off road :P

suspension doesn't change the way your wheel fits vrs the caliper, you got something stuck between there and I seriously doubt it will be "covered" by warranty.

If your rims are rubbing against the calipers, it shouldn't be your alignment. It should be more like the hub is bad.

Maybe a rock got in there or something.

LOL @ the wheel hitting caliper. You'd feel ALOT of vibration Before that happened. Unless your caliper came off but then you'd feel that too.

Something got stuck in there man.

Check this out: I bought an 06 g35 coupe BRAND NEW from the dealer and the first night i owner it, i went to see a movie. I come out and go to leave and I put it in reverse and i'm stuck. I had parked in a handicapped spot too because it was snowing and the theater was DEAD and i didnt want to park far away. So i thought i had a boot on my car. So i get out and look around and there is nothing holding my car still. So i go and try to back out again and no matter what I do the car wont budge. I pretty much popped the clutch in reverse, heard a loud bang and the car jerked back. SO i was like WTF??? So i go to leave and when i hit the brakes the car is like pulsating bad. I get out and we're looking over everything (me and my friend) and he sees a huge black glob on the rotor. I'm like WTF, this car has 14 miles on it. So long story short, I bring the car to the dealer in the AM and it turns out that a plastic bag somehow blew through my wheel, got stuck on the rotor (due to heat) and then got stuck in between the pad and rotor and then it cooled down and fused together. They had to replace the pad and rotor. They ate it though .

Take it to the dealer, see if you can convince them to fix it. Otherwise, it will need to be repainted to look as good as new again.

Looks to me like you caught something in between the rim and brake like others have mentioned.

I have something similar to that, but MUCH MUCH smaller. I figured something got stuck in between.
