Also.. you want to expose your engine to all the rpm band evenly as different frequencies of vibrations will jitter out the machined particles from the inside of your engine.

Please don't post stupid unjustified one liners.... no one knows who you are or what you come from... so we have no idea what the F your background is... kinda hard to just take your words as gospel... so the next time you wanna disagree with someone else... provide a reasoning or a method of research... don't just say... not good lol... we can do that all day long...
Everything in moderation.. While I too subscribe to the theory that it's better to break it in with higher ring loads, breaking it in by flogging it on the track (or mimicking it on the street) is not good. When you break a motor in with higher ring loads, there's a prescribed time and/at rpm, and you vary it. I do it on a dyno (I build racebikes)
Constantly running it up to redline, rapid decel, then rapid acceleration right after, isn't good for a motor. Of course, once you put your money down, it's your motor, you can do with it what you like. Flogging it to break it in, will at the very least, leave you with a weak(er) motor. At the other end of the scale you have spun bearings, excessive blow-by, bent valves, scored cams, etc...

Refering to the article posted by Shabarivas, does anyone use this American Clean Energy Systems or ACES stuff with their new engines?

Many people have their own break-in procedures... share yours!
