I've wanted a way to see just the posts that are new since my last visit, but limited to the Evo X section and finally got around to looking up the vBulletin documentation. For anyone else who wants this, the link is:

Note that you can't just bookmark the page that comes up as it redirects to a specific search result. Thus, to bookmark it you have to manually edit the bookmark address to the one above.

Just be sure to hit the bookmark with that address instead of refreshing the results page, as that page will always be the same. Hitting the above address will refresh for current results, thought there is a bit of a delay.
