CBRD EVO X developments...
Well,
I just wanted to let evo X owners know where we are with the evolution X...
You may have seen our upgraded evo X radiators, which is an amazing piece that drops temps in the heat and on track significantly....
We are now working on some other products... we have two intercoolers (one still in testing).... one is a tube fin 3.5" unit that is bolt in similar to stock layout and the other is a high CFM vertical flow with redesigned tanks, which I should be able to post pics of shortly...
We are now working with JM Fabrications on a stock turbo housing twin scroll tubular exhaust manifold. This should come along quite quickly in the next few weeks....
We are also going to be testing some stock housing turbo combinations with our turbo development partners at Blouch Turbo. These guys have proven time and time again to be able to provide us with the right solution for our turbocharging needs whether it be a hybrid custom turbo or development of new wheels.... and we will be testing a new Garrett evo. X turbo....
Another one of our partners in crime on software should be releasing their options for tuning on the Mitsubishis shortly (not open source).. So I think this is very exciting..
our shop evo X has gained 70+whp on our mustang dyno with our FMIC, Radiator, KN Filter, and Catback Exhaust and Test pipe... we are very excited about the progress so far... so Ill keep you all updated...
The EVO X and GTR are our big development platforms for 2009....
Here are some pics...

we are working on possibly having the exhaust piping digitized... as you guys probably know, we dont create many hand fabricated parts for sale (other than the rads)... because I hate the idea of any fitment issues whatsoever...
if we can get it done we may, but it will be a little more expensive than most others....
it is the quietest system we've ever heard on any evo, and still makes power...
here is a pic..

I must admit, I am not too familiar with your company but I am liking what I see. The quality and workmanship seems to be pretty top notch, so I would like to see more pics, imparticular of the exhaust and vertical flow FMIC when it's available. BTW, what does it mean to have the exhaust "digitized." I am familiar with the mandrel bending process, but digitization is something that I have not heard much about. I am guessing that it just means that the compnent is designed on a computer and built entirely robotically?
