You guys have no patience. I said I will def know by this weekend, and the only reason I even posted this thread is to help you guys get a better deal...so I dont know what the problem is, I've got nothing to gain. Everything I say is true, take it however you want. Call me a liar, say that I'm getting taken, assume I have bad credit and cant even get a loan. I'm done here.

Delete this thread.

lets just wait until he gets his evo.
I bought my first car(mazda6 full loaded) for 13k under MSRP but it was hail damage($500 fix)
and sold it two years later with same price i paid for the car.
bought my evo9 gsr for 28.9($31.9 msrp)
i'll trade in for X if price is true.

remember mazdaspeed6? they were going under 10k+ msrp 2 years ago around this time. I remember because i looked around for mazdaspeed6 before i got my evo.

Are you sure they are only giving you 6k for your mazda 6? and if so are you sure it's a GSR with SSS and Nav?

I'm not calling this BS but it really sounds way too good for 23k after TTL. maybe they were saying 23k before that which still sounds like an insane deal. But if they are giving you $9k for the Mazda and its $23k before TTL then I believe that as I've seen that car for $32k before.

still would be an insane deal.

I, for one, am not calling you a liar. I just think that there might be some missing piece of the puzzle. Dealers can be notoriously crafty sometimes - I've experienced firsthand the depths to which some of them will descend to make money - and so I think a lot of us might just want to see how all of this really works. If, for some reason, it turns out as you say and the dealer really is losing thousands and thousands on a new X then I will be the first to congratulate you on the deal of the century. I will then immediately proceed to make the short drive from Fresno, CA to Brooklyn, NY and purchase one.
