It will fit in the same holes.

Why would you want to do this though? The mid-win IMO doesn't look near as good. I bought the car with the SSS package just so I could have the higher spoiler and HID projectors.

Really? I was under the impression that the big wing had more holes than the base one.

If you will put the Seibon CF replica on it then , one more whole is needed. I guess its a same as the OEM since it is a replica from CF.
The small wing have 2 hole the big one 3.
Also the wholes are in different place , only one is matching. If you take off the cover from your trunk door, then you will see the pre marke wholes for the "big wing". One you have to find out.
Out of 3 -2 holes are different locations.
I had to drill them when i put the bigger wing on it. Although it was a piece cake since they are pre marked, only one is not.

The lower wing uses 2 holes, whereas the high wing uses 3 holes. I switched from low to high, and had to drill a 3rd hole to fit the higher spoiler. So the low wing will fit on a car with a high wing already installed. You just have to patch up the extra hole.
I have a PB low wing available for anyone that wants one. PM me if interested.

I think the lower wing is better. Doesn't have that cheap plastic on the insides. Looks cheap if you ask me!

I think my standard wing looks more tasteful, but it still is situated in a bad spot and blocks your rear view in a bad way.

It'll probably run you $300-400 to have the holes filled/welded and the lid repainted.
