If you ever plan to track your X, I do not think the JIC seats are FIA approved, so you wouldn't be able to compete with them. As far as looks, and shows go, they are very nice looking.

If i were to change the seats, it have to be very light weight and give a lot more support than stock seats.

These won`t do it for me.

If they are not lighter, and offer better support(also safety). Spend your money else were. Just for looks is not my thing, but it might fit some other people.

I agree. You could upgrade to some lighter Recaro's that are more suited for track use. I would only buy from JIC when suspension and wheels are the modifications in question.
