ALL the bells and whistles on the Mini? Or do you just mean like all the basic packages? She's missing the stripes, so that's one bell (or whistle) and I'm sure the Mini didn't cost over 40k.... Which is the territory of the fully customized ones (seen one with msrp over 50k once). If it has the LSD, once you get rid of the stock tires, it'll be a mean machine. They're pretty quick, great little cars.

 

Sounds like an interesting dynamic in that relationship.

Still learning the mini, my apologies ... It does have the LSD, and the coil-overs. I haven't crawled around yet to see what else is on it yet. . However, it is a hoot to drive, I know that.

 

Haha, I was just teasin, as a joke towards Mini's and their insane customizablity, I figured what you meant was the more "normal" level of all the bells and whistles. They are tons of fun to drive, for sure. My girlfriend is obsessed with them, I can't wait till she gets one. Personally I would never get one myself (they just aren't THAT cool to me) but I'd love to have one around to be able to drive sometimes

 

You know, I thought the same thing, but the more I drive the thing around, the more I really dig it. I bet the one with the reflash, and all the go-fast parts is a hoot.

I married a girl who is smart and independent, and can make her own decisions. And the fact she makes bank helps .

As for the car, she dissappeared tonight, just went out for a drive ... AND, this weekend wants to go to Asheville. She wants me to take the X, and she wants to follow for some parkway action.. I think I am going to surprise her, and rent a track for a day. Give her the chance to see what her Mini can do (as little or as much as that is).
