im using the stage 1 perrin map...but im talking about hardware. I'm comfortable w/ my power, just want the turbo to spool faster and hopefully not void the warranty. I was thinking about PNP everything

With a custom tune, you can tweak the spool.

I had full spool by 2800rpm.

Smaller turbo
Smaller wheels
Ball bearing
Titanium aluminide hotside
Magnesium alloy intake side (it may not be reliable)
Shorter intercooler piping
Smaller intercooler
No intercooler
Anti-lag system

A lot of choices but may not be too easy choices interms of 'plug n play'

What ever you can do to give the car less restriction on the air flow will help

100% dead on. Tune helps bring out the full potential. The more air you can get in the more air you can get out. Lower the back pressure=quicker spool
