yes i would like to do that but i'm trading in my car..

into that bit of wisdom. You pay taxes on the car you buy either way it has nothing to do with the car you sell. Look at the numbers not the line of BS the salesman feeds you.

it seems like all the evo's left are base models or fully loaded models, not to many sss left!

i want ether a silver,black or blue with the sss package

I've been to a bunch of dealerships in NYC, LI and NJ

I finally settled @ Maywood Mitsubishi...they were the only ones I've been to that was willing to go below invoice. Ask for Sam, not sure what kind of inventory they have now though...

I think I got 33.5K for my X w/ SSS and Navi which I thought was pretty decent. And they also gave me 7.5K for my trade in 04 Mazda6i...

maywood gave me $26k for my evo 9 se with 17k miles on it.i traded it for an 08 evo x mr.stupid move.live and learn.

i have a dealer thats 3 hours away that is willing to sell there x sss for 30.5K and they will give me 23K for my ix mr se with 30k miles, does this sound like a really good deal or could i do better?

doesn't sound too bad, especially with todays economy. maybe see if they can add on another 1k to the trade in. that's what i did with mine, pretty much was waiting for my keys to my old car and the salesman finally said they'll give me another 1k
