This is for those who've installed an alky kit on their X's or anyone who has experince with this.

I will be installing an alky kit soon and I was wondering where did most of you tap for the jet to spray into the TB (throttle body).

The X LICP has a massive rubber hose connecting the tb and licp pipe. Right after the rubber /cylacone connector is the by pass valve. So there is no room to tap for the jet after the recirc valve.

Option #1 install the jet beofore the recirc valve. Has anyone gone this route? Whats the side affects. I pmed richard from aquamist and he stated "There is a risk spraying your engine bay with meth (open vent BOV) if it is installed before BOV."

Option #2 buy an aftermarket licp which has more room to tap for the jet after the recirc valve. Im not trying to be cheap but i really dont want to go this route reason being there isnt much hp gain I rather invest in valve springs or something else.

any opinion or advice is appretiated.

Tap after the return in the lower metal pipe before the TB. AQ kits require x2
