I can imagine the A/C doing this on Auto as an attempt to regulate to a specific temperature.

But otherwise, I have no issues with my A/C on every other setting (never used Auto before).

Yeah it's annoying, however, it's less annoying than the car overheating, or the cabin not cooling.

Its normal with the A/C on. Even if the A/C is off and you let the car idle much, fans will turn on for cooling.

OHHH that fan.

The fan that turns on even when the car is off.

Not sure if it has to do with the A/C...more for cooling the car, not the driver.

Mine turns on at around 80F-90F, I can imagine it turning on at 115F+..

Me too!! its very annoying, thats why when ever i come to a stop i just turn it off until i start moving again cause the whole car shakes and you hear the fan then your like sweet its finally off, then 5 seconds later, it starts again. I dunno what to do besides not to use it. but if i was where you are, it would be on all day.

glad to hear im not the only one.

They, (they being Mitsu engineers), probably set the thresholds too close...that might be addressable in the future/down the line in ECUFlash? I'm not sure...

what the deuce? there's only a radiator fan, which turns on more often if you have the a/c active, which is normal. unless there's another fan that's run by hamsters in my hood that i don't know about?

there is only one fan. it cools the radiator and condensor. it will sometimes come on when the car is off, and will come on more often if the a/c is on.
