Vinyl on the doors.

I'm trying to get the black vinly on the door replace, curious if anybody on here got theirs' replaced or know if there is a part # for it.

I'm assuming you want to replace it with the same OEM piece?

Just go aftermarket...lol.

Well, you might be correct that its cheap to manufacture. I dont have a link handy but I've seen links (e46 fanatics maybe?) that mentioned that manufacturing costs were about half that of ultrasuede. Price per yard though is another story. I think its about 100+ per yard.

Man, no one can spell Vinyl properly. That has to be the most misspelled word on car forums.

I'm not sure which part you're looking for specifically (The doors are all plastic and cloth), but the best place to look into it would be an online collision catalog such as this one: http://oemmitsubishiparts.com/ That will show you the diagram and give you a price if you order it through them.

Naw not trying to replace with oem..just wanted to know what it was..now that I know it just tape..

No problem, and I just realized that you mean the black tape on the outside. I was thinking that you meant something on the inside for some reason.
