Turbo Removal help??
Does any have a link or reference to removing the turbo or at least removing the exhaust (hot) side of the turbo. I broke/stripped a bolt when installing the 02/downpipe and I need to get the bolt removed and re-tapped....
My shop is on a two week backup and i really need to get this done ASAP....
Thanks.

Step one get some PB Blaster and spray EVERYTHING down !!!
Now get some tools 14mm sockets , 14mm box wrench , long extension about 20" long also get some others 2" and 6" .
I would assure you would had already removed the heat shields .
Take off the P/S wheel , with the long extension and swivel take off the lower 14mm bolts holding the O2 housing , the inner housing bolt is best taken off from on top . The turbo has a bolt on the lower support which can be taken off via the front of the turbo ( remove the turbo inlet pipe before doing this ) , use the medium extension with swivel and 14mm socket . after taking those off you can now remove the 4 bolts holding the turbo in place , at this point the turbo can move a bit downward . After the turbo is parted from the manifold now remove the manifold using the extensions and swivels on some of the bolts if you have to . Once you take the manifold out the car remove the water lines and top oil feed lines . To remove the return line just remove it from the bottom using a 10mm socket . now the turbo will come out ...
Good luck man ... Just take your time and be sure to use TONS of PB Blaster ( NOT WD40 !!!!! )
