Home depot bumper plugs

I got mine at Lowes. Hardware department.

Just tell them you need to plug a hole on an aluminum sheet. Dont tell them that it will be for your bumper otherwise they will refer you to autozone or pepboys.

Typically the hole on the lancer gts license plate holder is 12.3mm~13mm. Ive used a 9/16 plug. It is slightly big (14mm), i just trimmed the sides to fit. It worked. They have the plugs in color black or white. The price is $0.99 cents for a pair. So dont be fooled if somebodys sells it to you for $10.
