Interior Smell...

From day one when I bought my car, I always thought it had this weird smell from the cloth and plastics in the interior. I figured it would go away after a few months (new car smell), but it has not. Does anyone have this problem or issue? Air freshener hardly masks it.

errrrr. help.

My interior smells perfectly normal. Maybe you should invest in one of those supersized JDM air fresheners?

Same here chemical, plastic or glue smell. I also had another Evo X without aero kit and no smell. Go figure. My current Evo came straight off the Truck, so maybe that's why???

Anyhow it went away, now 9 months 3,000, unless I got used to it.

Nasty dude....Id be mad if I dropped $$ on a sweet new ride only to have bitter beer face when driving it. Try getting it detailed and steam cleaned.

I have the same smell too. It's slowly going away after five months. The first weeks or so, I would get kinda sick driving it cause of the smell. I kept the windows rolled down to get out the smell before rolling them back up. Hope yours go away soon.

The only time the interior of my car stinks is after eating at KFC.
