Oh man. Keep the political **** out of the tech forums, please! There are some awesome replies, no need to tarnish it with that junk.

Its already been "out" for over a year and a half (rounding up), and the aftermarket offerings are less than par from what I was expecting.....
I'm with you in hoping for Mitsu to keep selling Evos here in the US. The R&D of Evos should continue in Japan (where all Evos are engineered & manufactured) and aftermarket support should still be high given the car's global popularity among enthusiasts. But like I said, with the way things are going for Mitsu here in the US, the chances of future Evo models being imported and sold here is getting really slim.

So, if you really want an Evo before it goes away in the US, I suggest you buy one now if you can afford it. Supply is getting thinner everyday.

Meh, IMO the Evo is soon to be doomed anyways with the new CAFE standards for 2012-2016. I highly doubt they'll bother bringing the Evo 11 here. Hard to justify a thirsty Evo in your lineup when you need your cars to average almost 40mpg. Its poor sales is just a nail in the coffin. Although admittedly I was surprised they even decided to make a 2010 Evo, so who knows.

LOL! Sorry man, I work in DoD, so that S*** is on the brain!

If we DO have a XI released in '11, will it live up to its ancestry, or continue down the path of BMW'ism.... Great performance, crappy interior, and a price too high for its original target consumer.
