Broken Stock MAF Housing! Need Help!

Broken Stock MAF Housing! Need Help!
I accidently broke the stock MAF Housing when trying to take out those overtorqued screws. Who makes a replacement for just the MAF Housing? I have the ARC Box so it needs to fit just like the stock one did. Is there a pipe that goes directly from the back of the stock air box to the turbo(must include a MAF mount)?
