The nav is what, a $2k option? It doesn't sound like you did too bad. You could probably make up a decent part of the difference haggling on a trade, especially if you didn't try to bring them down on the Evo. Sometimes it helps to only work the one angle.

Add SSS + Aero to that and I paid $32,400 with 0%

I could've done better... if I didn't want blue and only blue and very picky on mileage (ended up with 7 miles on the odo).

yeah... financed 2/3rds of it through my credit union, paid the rest in cash = cheaper monthly payment than my 8. The fact that insurance was $250 cheaper ever 6 months was just icing on the cake... now, the 1200 mile drive from Houston to Chicago... not so fun

the $24,999.99 price is significant because at 25,000.00 you pay an extra $250 tax in IL

The bastard tried to charge me $2k in rust proofing on arrival.

I ended up paying $34k and they low-balled my trade but the BMW needed an A/C evaporator (a $1500+ repair) so between that and the GSR also having Aero, I figure I came out okay.

Trying to compare deals across states and counties (where tax and fees vary) along with the variable of trade-in values, is almost useless.

Now if you are talking sales price (before tax and fees) and no trade-ins, then you could probably make a pretty decent comparison.

I just did 38k OTD for a GG MR with Aero, Interior, Nav, and Tech package. It was the last GG up here... so I didn't care too much about the price diff. I probably could have got another 1-2k knocked off but I wasn't in the mood for haggling.
