Bell Mitsubishi and a new 08 Evo MR
Welcome to it! I also got rid of my 04 ralliart not long ago for a GSR. If your happy, then I guess everyone's happy... including the dealer, because I'm sure you could have got them to drop several G's off the price
Especially with Mitsu announcing pricing on the 2010's today. It's not unheard of for them to go for $8k off MSPR with 0%, but most people are getting at least $5k below these days. Don't let that bug you too much and enjoy it
Also, don't forget that you can write off all the taxes you paid on the car from your income taxes next year!

well as long as your happy with the car and can afford it then great but you left several thousands of dollars on the table and in the dealers pocket. I still cant believe anyone would pay MSRP for a car (especially a 2008) in todays automotive economic market. Even with 0% financing I feel you could have saved at least another $100.00 per month in payments. But again if you are happy with the deal and can afford it thats all that matters, great for you and enjoy your new car.
Just remember to be armed with all the pricing data about the car you want to buy and just because a dealer says this is the best price that there is always another dealer wanting to go lower to make the sale

I just got my MR from a dealership in NJ 6 weeks ago with an MSRP of 39,990 and paid 32k in change for a cash deal. Would have been 34k with 0% which is pretty good considering the location and inventory at the time.
Oh, and BTW... I called Bell before I bought mine and they seemed intent on getting near sticker for an 08 car with alot of factory cash on the hood (which typically implies that the inventory is not moving). I'm glad they finally found someone willing to pay sticker...I guess their strategy paid off after all.

Yea but you paid 32k in cash. I guess you saved 7k in all. But i guess i can pay that extra 7k off in 5 years. 34k and 0% apr, sounds incredible( did yours come with a Navi?). I should have maybe negotiated for a better deal and saved maybe a few more thousands but i think i got a decent deal.

I recommend this dealership and it made buying a car; stress free.
I dont have pics. But its a stock Evo X MR (black) with the Navi. I been on these forums for years and reading up on the Evo. I drive an 04 lancer ralliart and its a great car but its no Evo. After all the hard work and graduating and passing the NCLEX state boards. I finally have a Evo.

congrats, OP. I bet you could even pay it off early if you wanted to.

That being said, if your dealer is going to honor your warranty despite mods then that might be worth $1k. The guy I bought the car from said they'd invalidate at their dealership with a cat-back. No kidding.

^^ where u located in St. Paul? I live off of 35e, PM me. Anyways I got my MR for 42K OTD including clear bra, gap. Put 8K down, price was around 37k before TTL. With 0 % I couldn't resist. Car has Aero, Interior. Everyone says to negotiate, but sometime if you want the car enough the price is the price. People on here always are going to tell you that they got this deal, etc., yada, yada. If you're happy about it that's all that matters.

Again yea you could have saved some more money but it seems you were very satisfied with your experience with the dealer and also the price. So again in the end its your ride, you have to pay for it and you are happy with it. Thats all that matters. Enjoy it and be safe

The car did not have NAVI, I was looking for a car without it. In the end, a great deal is a perception....not a fact. As long as you are happy that is the important thing.

pricing isn't on the 2010 evos, but is on the newralliart sportback (which doesnt look too bad imo) and gts sportback. when dealers see solid info on 2010's and they still have 2008's laying around, they tend to get a bit antsy
edit: and just as i post that reply, i see southcost posted up their 2010 prices:
