I can't believe I did it. I currently own a EVO 8 (white with 50k miles) and I saw a white EVO X while watching district 9. And it looked so damn Hot!!!!!

So on the day I was moving to my new place, I stopped by Comcast to pick up my hdbox and ... LOL went to mitsubishi dealer and "wanted to see" if they had one.

6 hours later and hard negotiating....I came out with an EVO X.

Totally unexpected and I partially feel like I betrayed my 8. I loved that car.

Nice...Congratulations! I kinda felt the same about my IX, but I don't regret it. What part of District 9 had the Evo? I can't believe I didn't notice it.

 

I thought the same thing, I think he meant he saw one at the movie theater before or after the movie.

 

The X can be seen inside MNU's secret facility. Not only does alien technology amaze them, but Evo technology as well.

and thats the best impulse buy EVER! they need to start parking evos in the check out line at target

The impulse bug got me back in May too! lol, surprisingly, my wife was.... VERY understanding.
I only went to go on my usual random test drive of the week, and drove the STi.. On the way out of the Subie dealer, low and behold, the Mitsu dealer that never has ANYTHING, had my RR sitting off the lot. Like you said, a few hours later, and it was mine. They even took my trade that I didn't have with me (I was riding my GSXR). haha

I can't get over how mean the X's look. and Hood is damn hot.

Plans are: Drop it by 1 inch. and get some bronze rims. Looking to maybe change in the interior with GPS. I'm looking to change the exhaust note, give a meaner sound plus maybe a BOV.

haven't thought of anything above that. maybe new intake?

 

the intake/exhaust will make it sounds so much better.. plus u'll be able to hear the stock BOV.. really no need for aftermarket one unless ur going w/ bigger turbo

 

yes.... your next impulse move is to go to a tuner shop and make it a beast!
