ha ha, some ****** meter cop gave me a ticket because it covered my plate. But you can just leave the lowest part unflapped and it won't cover the plate.

Yah man no matter how insignificant that is always call them cops; one day (god forbid) it'd be you in the 90' Accord's position and the other person will call the cops on you and then you'll feel like crap lol
