that sucks a nice looking car and it takes one idiot to mess it up, I understand what you mean by not wantin to deal with insurance and the cops for small damage I have a friend with a 300z that just got into a fender bender and its taking days for the cops and insurance company to do something about it

and some people wonder why its now against the law to use ur cell when ur driving

Aw man. That sucks. I really wish you would have filed the police report and gotten all his insurance info. Your bumper is screwed (literally). You'll likely need to replace the bumper because it looks like the plastic is gouged. You can't hide that with touch up paint. When you go to sell the car, you're going to regret not getting the guy's information and taking a little bit of time to file the report.

I hope all goes well and you get it fixed. It's going to be around $1000 to get it done right.
