I don't want to make any biased opinions. Maybe I should have paid more attention, but what really upset me was her tone of voice. She did not exit her car at all to take a look at her own damage, and she had an attitude of "I hit you in a parking lot and it was not my fault." Sigh, I didn't want to argue with her so I tried to seek help from the people and employees close to us. Unfortunately nobody wanted to help me and instead the employee talked to the driver outside her car and walked off. I had already contacted insurance and I am pretty sure the outcome can go either way. At least I took pictures and called police and did every effort to protect myself. Thank you for everyone who reads this post and sorry I don't mean to bring racism/sexism into this incident.
i would take her to small claims court and make her pay for your bumper AND the time you took off from work to summons her. **** stupid people and their ignorance. Goodluck to you bro, if my car ever gets hit (i hope not) and some woman tries to take off on me without trying to give me her info, ill grab her by her hair, pull her down her truck/car and Choke slam her ***..

Take that beezy to small claims, oh and you also stated she fled the scene knowing the police were coming to take a report on the incident, im sure the judge will love to hear the reason why she left before the police could get info from "BOTH" parties on what happened. Though the sad part it was in a parking lot which is considered Private Property, and usually police wont file an incident report. They usually tell you to settle with your/or there insurance provider.
So question for you--- did you get her license plate number?-- if she left the scene, thats a hit and run plain and simple. If you have her insurance info file with the insurance, if not--file a police report and have her arrested.

It also doesn't help that there are so many "Free" programs, such as the Projects in the neighborhood, section 8 housing, subsidized this and subsidized that so many people feel they are entitled to and haven't worked a day in their life. Maybe I'll hold my tongue when they stop taking half my paycheck to fund all this crap.

I'd just talk to her insurance company. They'll say they want to 'verify' information with their client and will call you back with some "she says this never happened" type of BS. This is the point I'd bring up court and see if they budge.
It'd just be a bluff if it was me, though. If I filed in small claims I wouldn't include the insurance company or you have the potential to be up against their lawyers.
