What is this fuse for? Its a yellow 20 that blew and kept my car from starting. The one that the red arrow is pointing to.

the lid should have a diagram to show what fuse that is?

 

its fuse #22 and on the cover it shows a little engine symbol. so.. specifically what is it for?

 

could be anything engine related, injectors, etc.

 

You could probably call a dealership and ask, it should be in the manufacturers service manual. I would help you, but I have a 9, good luck.

 

it is the MFI system fuse, it supplies power to the ecu, the throttle, the MIVEC valves, evap solenoids, wastegate solenoids, o2 sensor heaters, cruise control, MAS, etc.

 

does that mean i should be concerned with it blowing? or just a freak thing?

Engine control module, evaporative emission purge solenoid, exhaust oil feeder control valve, heated oxygen sensor (Front, rear), injector Nos.1 to 4, intake oil feeder control valve, mass airflow sensor, throttle actuator control motor relay and turbocharger wastegate solenoid No.1 and 2
