Debating on trading in a GSR for MR

I currently have a modified 08 GSR. I was at a local dealership today getting a few recalls done (fuel return, hood latch, awc flash) and I was talking to a salesman.
He told me they have two 08 MRs on the lot still and the owner wants them off the lot badly.

Now keep in mind these are Canadian cars and the MSRP is much higher then the US MSRP, what would be a good offer to make for a new 08 MR, considering they have 09 and 2010 Xs on the lot?

I believe MSRP according to the sheet on the car is $46,000

I guess the owner has lost over $30k in interest having these 2 unsold MRs on the lot for almost 2 years.
