can you ID this part?

I went to my buddy's house to change brake pads, so i did and when i backed up the car this blue rubber gromet with the wording oil proof rubber was on the floor, i had never seen it before, and neither had he, so we dont know if it actually belongs to my car, recently i had done a clutch swap, aem cai and barke pads but i dont recall ever seeing this part.

It's not an OE part - that's for sure.

Maybe some grommet for the mounting of the CAI?
Other than that, I can't imagine what it is.

if its not an oe part then its not from my car, because I did all the work myself and dont recall ever seeing that part.
