Whats not stock in my engine bay?

I know that the Intake and top intercooler pipe are clearly not stock, but what about the bottom one. I need to know every piece that I need to get to put it back to stock so I can take it in for warranty work.

Thanks

Well, what mods do you have done already, and what kind of warranty work are you looking to have done?

PS... Your lower pipe is stock...

My guess is he bought the car modded, and thus doesn't know.

Might also want to check if the restrictor pill is still in the little vaccum hose. (the 4 hoses up above and slightly to the left of the red battery terminal cover) Squeeze the upper front hose and you should feel a little pill sized object inside the hose.. it's about double the size of a grain of rice. At least I think it's that hose.. may want to double check.

Since you just bought it perhaps you get a free pass. In general though, jacking up HP and Torque, launching and baking clutches, snapping pins, shattering TC's and diffs and in general breaking sh*t and pretending it was Mitsu's fault. "Oh back to stock for a dealer visit!"

I think that in his case he is innocent, but in most cases the person is in fact committing fraud. This is likely why most major manufactures are so strict with warranty work on their performance models. So all the peop;e that complain about 's warranty policy can thank those who mod their cars break something and return them to stock for warranty work.

I think you could tell if someone was wrenching on the car by simply looking at the nuts and bolts that fasten common bolt on parts. They clearly show wear. OP if you still need a pic of a stock engine bay pm me.

It's one thing if you're running an aftermarket turbo, downpipe, manifold, etc and blow the car up and take it to . It's another if you're running an intercooler and hardpipes and it blows up. should honor very light mods or mods that have nothing to do with the problem.
