What is wrong with this picture?
There is room to adjust (ie bend) the bracket so that you can place the horn behind the Mitsu symbol facing forward. This lets a little more air reach the radiator core and you won't see the horn from the front as easily either. Just loosen the nuts and adjust until it's not going to vibrate into anything and you just helped the car stay a bit healthier when pushing it hard.
Sigh. So I took the bumper off to fix the horn. Amazed at what I find. Connections not fastened on, cracked under guard, scratched metal, etc. These are all new parts after the accident I was in. The car was only 2 weeks old.
Take a look at this, how in the world is this ok? The metal band wasnt even around the coupler!

The reason the pipes dont meet together correctly is because the frame is not even. The intercooler is laying at a slant and there is no way to properly push the pipe into the coupler.

I just replaced my horn with some HELLA SUPERTONES and took a dremmel to remove the horn bracket....but anywho they put it on backwards!!

its the platinum version of the horn
