happened to me too, i've been gettinh the run around from them for months, said they were going to warranty it, never did. i rigged it up myself and welded a pipe on it, also noticed most of the weld cracked and rewelded them and thru some exhaust cement on it

 

^^Damn! Definitely was TIG'd but it looks like it didnt penetrate enough to hold. That sucks..
