a couple of washes and some waxing and it'll be fine. i've had pterydactyl sh*ts on my car for 2+ weeks before and it left that stain. washed and waxed right out. at least it wasn't bird ***.
+1 for almost spelling 'pterodactyl ' right
washed it like 4 times so far and still no luck. we'll see. its raining like crazy today, but i'll try to take the worlds most uninteresting pics later for those who are requested bird+car scat

Right. There's no other way to make an intelligent, thoughtful, relevant suggestion. Looking at some of the posts, I truly hope the OP doesn't follow through with the advice. My head is spinning. Originally Posted by raytrix

Hey bro i work in auto detailing we get alot of people that have the same problem. like some people have said it does act like an acid so the spot will look oxidized there is a polishing product perfect for oxidation or bird crap stains u can use it with a microfiber, real easy to apply. http://www.glare.com/ecart/proddetail.asp?prod=37411-glr-004%3A%3A01 after applying you can use a normal polish but u can't go wrong with this product, the professional polish is great but other polish will do fine. as for the glass a razorblade should do the job i promise it won't scratch if u do it right which is pretty self explanatory. if you don't wanna do that than steel wool and mx-7 compound should work. (make sure it's the compound and not the liquid, the liquid is acidic to glass works gr8 on paint tho.)
I GUARANTEE THIS WILL WORK NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!!!!!!!

Once bird **** has stained it is very hard to come off. After a while it will bubble up and look like it is rust bubbles. You might need to apply several coats of wax and try a buffer and see if that helps. I hope your paint is not ruined, if that doesnt help ask a pain shop for suggestions.
