First serious problem with the X
as just reading through this i would recommend taking off the ssqv bov. i dont have any specific quotes but i have read about people having problem with them and causing cel the traction control to kick. if u hit 22ish lbs of boost the car on factory tune may go into limp mode.
you need a tune I hade a similar problem where my car would get that light and it would go into limp mode. I called AMS they were more than helpful pointing me toward Ivey tune in Northern NJ. he took care of me and I havnt had a problem since. Good luck
If you dont have a recirculating setup that might be part of the problem. You should take everyones advise and get a tune to see if that fixes it. If you dont have the setup for the VTA I would either change it or get the setup. Most guys just want it for the swoosh sound, I think its just ricey for me.

ov3r boost
I gave my car wide open throttle last night and the "Service Required!" light came on. It always does this at WOT. I talked to AMS and was told it's a Over Boost issue or something wrong with the Diffs. I have a HKS SSQ BOV, AMS down pipe, test pipe, and single tip exhaust, Injen intake. Has anybody had this happen to them? What was it? Any ideas? I plan to go back to stock other then the down pipe and go to the dealer, Perhaps its time for a dyno tune?
i had this problem sometimes when its very cold out i over boosted to almost 30 psi, and im on stock solenoids with just a ams turboback ams reflash and intake, A Dyno tune will fix the issue
it's your blow off valve, mine did the same thing when i was vent to atmosphere and it was cold.

The thing is,my car does not go limp. It drives fine, no bogging down, nothing. The only problem is the lights and I cant turn the ASC back on.
I'm not sure what the code is, I didn't get a print out of the scan or anything. I believe it was the code you mentioned earlier, the numbers look familiar. The only thing with that is that the car usually goes limp with that code and that doesn't happen with me. The good thing I was told is to have the tuner disable the DTC when I get the car tuned and the problem will be solved.
