So was at a road racing event this weekend, and did a snap spin across the track and got the front right tire on a curb before the grass. My alignment is now totally shot, ie holding wheel at 40* is straight. Driving home, praying, i also noticed I knocked the wheel out of balance due to the massive vibration of the steering wheel, and I got two service soon lights on the dashboard. One pic shows the front two wheels crooked, i'm guessing its just an alignment warning. The other is my traction control, it turned off the asc, wont let me turn it back on, and is giving the traction control service soon picture. I bottomed out and broke the under tray as well.
Did I do serious damage here? I'm worried about the traction control service message, or would that be caused by my horrid alignment and wheel being out of balance?

1) obd2 reader to pull the codes
2) get an alignment
3) fix whatever else you might have busted
4) get a better understanding of your car's limitations before track day #2
go slow at first and work your way up!

It's fine... Just hammer the wheels back to the original position...
On a serious note, take the car to someone who knows evos and let him tell you what you did. There's just about a hundred things you could have done - bending stuff, breaking stuff, killing stuff... There's just so many possibilities you really should get it checked out. My guesstimate is 1k$ if you're lucky, a lot more if you're not.

while it was my fault, it wasn't about not knowing my limitations. and this wasn't exactly track day #1. brake fade + oil spot led to me dropping one wheel off on a sweeping turn. there was nothing I could have done once it started. there shouldn't be a sensor out, seems the sensors will go off with alignment off this bad.

man, that's f'd up. yeah, the only thing you can really do, if you're not the mechanical sort, is take it to a shop and prepare to cry. i'm not saying it's gonna be expensive, but, yeah, it's gonna be expensive. good luck!

worse case scenario is: contorl arm, sway bar, rim, aligment(could add a few more things, but i doubt they would be damaged).. ive done that before.. curbs can be a suspension killer for real(and im sure it was a very small one to). if u hit it hard enough to knock it far enough to have a noticeable angle, the wheel and control arm are more then likely bent screwing up the alignment. sensor could have been damaged, or could just be sensing theres a problem (doubtfull) but hey u never know.. hopefully its nothing major at all. but your talking 500-2k on your repairs depending on all whats damaged.
damn man that sucks. I took a turn too fast a bit ago and slid into a curb on the street. i actually wasn't even going that fast. The road was slanted and salt was everywhere. Curbed my back wheel pretty good. I think i just tapped it thought. Nothing was bent. (at least i hope).
Just take it to a shop and explain the situation. It will get worked out eventually.

if not an ABS related issue then you have problem..
I dont think anyone can tell whats wrong until they see the problem. dont drive it. Tow it to the shop. You might save some headache ....

If you guys go to the track my suggestion is turn it off at least to the first stage.
It is a great thin if something caught you off guard on street, but on track and racing is a bad idea to leave it on. Since you should be aware already...
yea it was off. total bill is ~1300, I bent a metal bracket that needs to be replaced along with a few other assorted pieces. didnt' bend the control arm or the wheel, the damage actually happened when i bottomed out the car going over the curb,not from hitting the curb with the wheel.
