is this normal for my evo-X??

I got my evo a little over 6 months ago..shortly after I droped the car with BC racing coilvers and installed some rota torque wheels on it and kept the same tires and it drove fine..just recently I got my car alligned, then I started noticing something right after the allignment. my car at times feels light the rear wheels slip..feels like when you peel out with a rear wheels car and rear kinda dances but very very minimal I can hardly feel it but I did notice it espcially on uneven surfaces..then couple days ago it rained and this dancing got worst..I can really feel it now that the road is wet..it feels light my right rear tire is spinning faster the my left rear then as soon as that happens the left feels like its trying to correct it and vise versa..has anyone had this happen before?? its feels unstable to drive espcially when its raining with my back shifting like that..any info on this would be really useful..thank..

+1 for alignment settings (before and after)
Tire pressure?
Weather got crappy/cold?
Changed shock settings?

I'd definitely take it back to them and tell them to fix it.
