SideSkirts Yelowish, Wicked White owners?
I have a 2008 with 9000 miles on it and never seen a winter yet. Car is garaged normally as well.
I washed the car today which was pretty dirty from the muddy rain conditions and when doing so It was painfully obvious my side skirts are not "white" anymore.
I took out the rubbing compound and cleaned them up a bit and now you can't just glace and tell but if you stare and compare they do have a yellowish tint to them.
Any other WW owners having this issue? Also notice the plastic hood scoop is an off white as well then the rest of the car.
Looking to see who else has had this issue. Almost thinking about taking it to the dealer.

I haven't noticed any yellowing last time I washed my car. But then again, it just started warming up here so I'll do a full detail and wax and check for it. Maybe this weekend if the weather holds up.

The paint on the plastic parts will never match the paint on the metal. And with Mits. reputation for weak paint, I wouldn't be surprised if it is fading. Take it to the dealer, they might be able to help you, unless you have an intake or an exhaust which will void your warranty and mitsubishi will argue that the mods make your car go faster which will causes more wind to rush over the aero bits wearing out the paint faster.
