exhaust leak cant fix

Ok so I got under my car Yesterday because i had a exhaust leak and it was driving me crazy! It was leaking from my test pipe to the Y pipe connection. I unbolted and tightened it very tight. It somehow got worse and its still leaking from the same spot. I have been told to use high dollar gaskets, but it just doesn't make any since. The Exhaust is the new agency power turboback. If anyone has any imput whatsoever i would appreciate it. i gotta get rid of this annoying sound!! thank you

Try RTV Silicone gasket maker. Make sure buy high temp(Ultra Copper) one.

I had a exhaust leak between my AMS HFC and HKS HI-power exhaust. As your problem, I tighten it and didn't solve anything. When I double the gasket between the connection it solve my problem. Maybe it will work for you.

Either double up on the gasket or shave the surface of the flanges so they're true and flat. The flanges can warp due to the heat from welding.
