I'd try to go one piece back to stock at a time.
+1 on the MAF sensor. (Note that this is very little information and we're all in a strong guess mode right now.)

Check the vacuum hose that connects right next to the dip stick... Its been known to come off and will cause some idle issues.

Just get the recall done on the ECU it will help. Better yet get the Cobb AP and go Stage II.

My idle was crazy it would even stall. As soon as I added the AP maps I was good to go.

I paid $450 in labor, $470 on an Exedy clutch w/HD disc. Also, you have to have the ACD bled at the dealership afterwards (they have a computer for it). My dealer only charged me $35 bucks for it, but I've heard as high as $175

I'd buy an AP first tho, if that doesn't fix the problem, you still have an AP!

wow.. the clutch is already shot too? damn!

hopefully the thing is warrantied or hopefully you can find a good shop.

for the original problem its most likely a vacuum leak... when i installed my intake AEM gave me a vacuum tube that was slightly bigger than the stock tube and my idle was horrible because of this tube... as soon as i put the stock tubing back the idle was gone.

good luck man and congrats on the X

Picked up a stage 2 for $610 and flywheel for $300 and I still don't know how much the labor will be yet(it's my buddy's shop), I'm waiting on my stuff to arrive, and I'll check the vacuum leak when the start the install, I'll keep you all updated.
