Car cover

Hey guys, anyone an expert on car covers that are any good? Looking for an outdoor cover that is better than the OEM cover. (if it's available?) You see, sadly my car has to be parked out side for the summer.. It's usually garaged and only taken out on the BEST of days.. and i feel bad for it.

If not, then i guess i gotta buy one from mitsu.

i guess to make an analogy..

Weather Tech digital fit floor mats is to OEM mitsu all weather
as ____________ is to OEM mitsu car cover

let me know.

I wound up getting the autozone heavy duty cover (I think "Shield" is the brand). It was like $70. Had to get the Xlarge size due to the big **** spoiler. Fits nicely.

you guys arent worried about the paint getting messed up? or is that only when you leave the cover on for extended periods of time in unfavorable conditions?

i heard that when sand gets under the cover it'll mess the paint up..

Dust gets under the cover, then due to wind blowing the cover, it rubs on the paint and damages it over time. Car covers should be used in a garage IMO.

I have one for those tragic nights when the car simply must be away from the garage. I don't ever use it if the car is even slightly dirty.. that is just counterproductive.
Bought it from "Car Covers Direct", it's the WeatherShieldŽ HP model. Works very well so far from the few nights I've used it. They've got a huge selection to choose from, I had a very positive experience buying from them!
