It shouldn't be warranty...if you slam the undertray hard enough to rip it you need to be WAY more cautious about where and over what you take your car. That abs plastic is fairly durable. That would be like trying to claim that the rock chip you got on your windshield from a random other vehicle should warranty a free replacement at the dealership...
