Wideband help

Hey everyone..I have searched high and low, and found several threads about the ideal spot to put the O2 sensor in the downpipe, but have not been able to find any good pics or exact locations.

Basically, I am looking to do my exhaust this weekend and want to get my Megan downpipe all done for the wideband before it's on the car. From what I found, general consensud is 3 o'clock on the passenger side....but how far down, say from where the downpipe bolts to the O2 housing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!

It is supposed to be 18 inches away from the turbo. 9-3 o'clock position; the AMS O2/DP has a bung in the 9 o'clock position in the same general area as the stock O2 sensor.

Good to know. The Megan has only one bung for the factory O2 more towards the flange to the cat.

At least now I have somewhat of a good idea of where to weld for the wideband O2.
